Airwars assessment
Two civilians were reported killed and three others injured in an alleged Turkish drone attack on a vehicle including five civilians in Qaranfil village in Tal Abyad – Raqqa in Syria on November 20th, 2019, according to local sources.
The victims are all from the same family and moved to a hospital in Kobane.
The killed civilians were identified as Nîzam Mihemed Fetûh aged 20, and Haci Hemed Sali who is a cousin to Nazim, age unknown.
Nazim’s two sisters Rokistan Mihemed Fetûh aged 22 and Nîroz Mihemed Fetûh aged 25, in addition to Mohamed Mahmoud Fetûh were injured in the attack.
The local time of the incident is unknown.

Reports of the incident mention the village of Qaranfil (قرنفل) for which the generic coordinates are: 36.633611, 38.736667. Due to limited satellite imagery and information available to Airwars, we were unable to verify the location further.
