On October 6th, 2023 in Jurin in Hama, Syrian Observatory of Human Rights and Saba news reported that rocket shelling by factions of Al-Fath Al-Mubin killed one civilian and injured two. The deceased was identified by AlGhab Plain in a Facebook post as Reda Deeb Abu Muhammad by AlGhab Plain.
