Two farmers were injured by alleged Turkish shelling of their agricultural lands in the village of al-Haimer, Syria on January 30, 2025.

Hawar News reported that two farmers from the al-Ubaid family had been injured by Turkish shelling while watering their agricultural lands in the village of al-Haimer. The two injured were named as Ubaid Haji al-Ubaid, 29 years old, and Haji al-Ubaid. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) added that the two injured famers were taken to a hospital to receive treatment.

Where sources mentioned a belligerent, all sources attributed the shelling to Turkish forces, with some mentioned their “mercenary” groups as well.
