Up to two civilians – reportedly a woman and a child – died and others were wounded in an alleged YPG artillery or missile strike in Azzaz, local media reported.
The Smart News Agency reported that “a girl was killed and four members of her family were wounded by a missile attack by the Syrian Democratic Forces (Qods) on the town of Azzaz north of Aleppo, north of Syria.The girl was seriously injured by the shelling and two of her brothers and her parents were seriously injured and taken to Turkish hospitals. All members of the family were injured after their car was targeted by a thermal missile west of ‘Azzaz. They were then taken to the city hospital and then to the hospitals in Turkey due to the seriousness of their injuries.”
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights also said a child was killed and blamed a YPG bombing.
Baladi, however, put the death toll at two, also reporting that a civilian car was bombed.
According to Al Latamna Youth Group, a child and a woman died in a reported missile strike on a car. It also reported that civilians including children were wounded in a YPG artillery shelling.
