Four civilians, including one to three children, were injured in alleged SDF or PKK artillery strikes on Jarabulus city/camp in the night of October 14/15th 2019, according to several local sources.
@ShahbaPress tweeted that Jarabulus camp was targeted by SDF forces after midnight. The Syrian Civil Defence however wrote in a Facebook post on October 15th that “four civilians, including a child, were injured as a result of artillery shelling in Jarablus city yesterday evening”.
@aa_arabic reported that the mortars were fired by PKK militia from the Ain Al Arab/Kobani area and that three children were injured.
According to the Shaam News Network, “Members of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) on Tuesday [Oct 15th] targeted a camp for displaced people near Jarabulus city in eastern Aleppo countryside, causing injuries and material damage in the camps of civilians fleeing death and shelling.”
The incident occured around midnight.

Reports of the incident mention the city of Jarabulus (תל אביב), for which the generic coordinates are: 36.818907,38.008927. Due to limited satellite imagery and information available to Airwars, we were unable to verify the location further.
