Two men were killed by mortar shells allegedly fired by YPG, or were executed by the SNA in Al Arida village, north of Ain Issa, on October 28th, 2019, according to local sources.

The victims were identified as Mahmoud Al Zaher aged 60 and Barho Al Alou aged 65.

The local time of the incident is unknown.
