According to the Balochistan Human Rights Documentation Network, on the morning of Thursday, July 8, 1405, the identity of the Baloch woman who died during the US attacks on military centers in Chabahar, where the Jangalok neighborhood was also damaged due to its proximity to these centers, was confirmed.
The identity of the deceased woman, “Parveen Sepahi,” has been confirmed for the Balochistan Human Rights Documentation Network.
According to the documentation network sources, this Baloch woman lost her life due to a wave of explosions and the fall of ammunition stored by the IRGC military centers towards her homes, and her children were also injured.
The Balochistan Human Rights Documentation Network sources had previously said that the Jangalok neighborhood is located in the vicinity of the IRGC building and other government centers, and after the military centers were targeted, it was hit by a wave of explosions and shrapnel and ammunition.
According to sources, some of the ammunition in the IRGC building fell into the neighborhood and onto residential houses due to the intensity of the explosion, resulting in the death of at least one Baloch woman, injuries to a number of citizens, and damage to a number of residential houses.
Images received from the scene of the incident show extensive damage to residential houses, as well as pieces of ammunition and military equipment that, according to sources, were thrown from the IRGC building into the neighborhood. Sources say that this ammunition landed on citizens’ homes after the explosion at the military center.
The Jangalok neighborhood is one of the poorest areas in the center of Chabahar city, and its residents mainly live in shacks and lack proper facilities. This neighborhood had previously witnessed the burning of Baloch citizens’ homes by IRGC forces on May 7, 2020; an action that was carried out with the aim of forcibly relocating and evacuating the residents of this area, and resulted in the complete burning of the homes of many Baloch families.

به گزارش شبکه اسناد حقوق بشر بلوچستان، بامداد روز پنج شنبه ۱۸ تیرماه ۱۴۰۵، هویت زن بلوچ جان باخته در جریان حملات آمریکا به مراکز نظامی چابهار که محله جنگلوک نیز به دلیل نزدیکی به این مراکز آسیب دیده بود، احراز شد.
هویت زن جانباخته «پروین سپاهی» برای شبکه اسناد حقوق بشر بلوچستان احراز شدهاست.
به گفته منابع شبکه اسناد، این زن بلوچ به دلیل موج انفجارها و سقوط مهمات نگهداری شده از سوی مراکز نظامی سپاه به سمت منازل، جان خود را از دست داده و فرزندان او نیز مجروح شدند.
منابع شبکه اسناد حقوق بشر بلوچستان پیشتر گفته بودند، محله جنگلوک در مجاورت ساختمان سپاه و دیگر مراکز دولتی قرار دارد، پس از هدف قرار گرفتن مراکز نظامی، دچار موج انفجار و اصابت ترکش و مهمات شد.
به گفته منابع، بخشی از مهمات موجود در ساختمان سپاه بر اثر شدت انفجار به داخل محله و بر روی منازل مسکونی سقوط کرد که در نتیجه آن، دستکم یک زن بلوچ جان باخت، شماری از شهروندان مجروح شدند و تعدادی از خانههای مسکونی نیز آسیب دیدند.
تصاویر دریافتی از محل حادثه، خسارات گسترده به منازل مسکونی و همچنین قطعاتی از مهمات و تجهیزات نظامی را که به گفته منابع از محوطه ساختمان سپاه به داخل محله پرتاب شدهاند، نشان میدهد. منابع میگویند این مهمات پس از وقوع انفجار در مرکز نظامی، بر روی منازل شهروندان فرود آمده است.
محله جنگلوک از مناطق کمبرخوردار واقع در مرکز شهر چابهار است و ساکنان آن عمدتاً در منازل کپری و فاقد امکانات مناسب زندگی میکنند. این محله پیشتر نیز در ۱۷ اردیبهشت ماه ۱۳۹۹ شاهد به آتش کشیده شدن منازل شهروندان بلوچ توسط نیروهای سپاه بود؛ اقدامی که با هدف کوچ اجباری و تخلیه ساکنان این منطقه انجام شد و به سوختن کامل خانههای بسیاری از خانوادههای بلوچ انجامید.
