Several factors prevented the operation from being detected. First, it occurred during the day in a densely populated civilian area—the central Nuseirat market—which created a surprise and gave the raiding force an advantage. Second, in addition to the camouflage and raids conducted two days prior to the operation, from various locations, and the threat to evacuate a relatively distant hospital (Al-Aqsa Hospital in Deir al-Balah), there was also the preceding media coverage about the disagreements within the occupation government. Hamas forces discovered this, prompting them to request backup from the force escorting the vehicle. After a clash in which the commander of this force and others were killed, reinforcements (armored vehicles, tanks, low-flying warplanes, etc.) arrived through all entrances to Nuseirat, and chaos ensued. It waited until people gathered after the initial bombing, then bombed the entire area (approximately 40 people were killed in these raids). Some scenes: I collected my brother's and his wife's remains in one bag! My soul left my body; I couldn't find the house even though it was only two streets away. I stayed in the street, not knowing where to go. I went under a vegetable stand and found everyone there. A young man was killed trying to get under the stand. كتب أنيس غنيمة على حسابه الشخصي على موقع فيسبوك: هذا المنشور مخصص لما وقع في النصيرات من مجزرة قبل أيام: دخلت القوات المقتحمة بسيارات مدنية لمكانين مختلفين في نفس التوقيت، وبتغطية طائرات كواد كابتر على مستوى منخفض، بالإضافة الى طائرات استطلاع لغرض المراقبة. أسبابًا عدّة حالت دون كشف العملية، أولها أنها جاءت في النهار، وفي منطقة مدنية مكتظة، وهي سوق النصيرات المركزي، ما شكلّ مفاجأة، وأكسب القوة المقتحمة قوة إضافية. أولاً؛ بالإضافة الى عمليات التمويه وعمليات الاقتحام قبل يومين من العملية وحتى البدء فيها، من أماكن مختلفة وتهديد مستشفى في مكان آخر بعيد نسبيًا بالإخلاء (مستشفى الأقصى في دير البلح) والتغطية الإعلامية التي سبقتها عن الخلافات في حكومة الاحتلال. نجحت القوة الأولى في تخليص الأسيرة بعد قتلها لأسريها، قبل أن تهرب بها عن طريق البحر، غير أن مفاجأة تعطّل السيارة على خط البحر جعلت القوة تتوقف وترتبك، وتطلب الدعم. ثانيًا: القوة الثانية وكانت تستقل سيارة مرسيدس بيضاء تحمل أمتعة نازحين وتحمل في داخلها عددًا كبيرًا من الجنود وشخص يتحدث العربية (ربما هو عميل وليس من المستعربين) في تخليص الأسرى الرجال الثلاثة. والذين على ما يبدو كانوا محتجزين في عيادة طبيب يقطن في البناية نفسها. صادف الرجل المقتول على باب البناية، وهو ابن صاحب البناية (رجل سبعيني) القوة وشكّ في أمرها كونها توقفت عند بناية خاصة، لكنهم عاجلوه وأطلقوا النار عليه بكاتم صوت وعلى عدد من المواطنين الآخرين، ثم وضعوا السلالم وصعدوا الى الأعلى وقتلوا رجلاً عجوزًا وابنه وحفيدته. كل هذا وأمر هذه القوة لم يكتشف بعد، الا ممن دخل الى الشارع مصادفةً وقتل بنيران الجنود، بكاتم صوت أيضًا. بالعودة الى الأمر الذي أشعل المواجهة، وهو أمر تعطّل السيارة التي تقل الأسيرة على طريق البحر (ربما قبل ١٠ دقائق فقط عن مكان الإخلاء)، واكتشاف قوات حمًًاس للأمر، مما استدعى طلب الدعم من القوة التي كانت تؤمن السيارة. وبعد اشتباك وقتل قائد هذه القوة وغيره، وصلت قوات الإسناد (مدرعات ومصفحات وطائرات حربية على مستوى منخفض وغيرها) عبر كل مداخل النصيرات وقامت القيامة في لحظات. أثناء هذا، كانت القوة التي نجحت في تخليص الأسرى الرجال ما زالت عالقة في المكان، واشتبكت بدورها أيضًا مع قوات من القسًًام، واحدة من المشاهد كانت عندما وجّه أحد مقاتلي القسًًّام أر بي جي الى السيارة المرسيدس بيضاء اللون وكاد أن يصطادها قبل أن تقتله طائرة كواد كابتر انتحارية، ولولا هذه الطائرة، كان الفشل هو مصير هذه العملية وكان سيصيبها في مقتل بكل تأكيد. بعض الحقائق عن المجزرة: . قتلت قوة المساندة كل من وجدته في طريقها من المواطنين، عبر رشاشات المدرعات ورشاشات طائرات الأباتشي التي لم تتوقف، وكذلك صواريخها التي استهدفت منازل ومدارس. . هناك بناية مقابل مدرسة (ممدوح صيدم) عند شارع العشرين. أطلقت الطائرة صاروخًا واحدًا باتجاه البناية، انتظرت الطائرة حتى تجمهر الناس على إثر القصف، ثم قصفت المكان كله (قتل في هذه الغارات ما يقارب ٤٠ شهيدًا). بعض المشاهد: . لميت اشلاء أخوي ومرته بكيس واحد! . روحي طلعت من مكانها، ما عرفت مكان البيت رغم أنه بعيد شارعين بس. . ضليت بالشارع، معرفتش وين اروح، نزلت تحت بسطة خضروات، لقيت كل العالم تحتها، وفي شب استشهد وهو بحاول يجي تحت البسطة. امرأة كانت تحمل ابنها، رمته بداخل شاحنة، عند السائق، وركضت مع الآخرين. يستكمل المنشور لاحقًا… توضيح: كُتب هذا النص بعد مجزرة النصيرات التي وقعت في الثامن من شهر يونيو 2024 وراح ضحيتها أكثر من 275 شخصًا، بعد أن شنت طائرات ومدفعية الاحتلال الإسرائيلي هجومًا بالشراكة مع السلاح البحري على مدينة النصيرات، بدعوى تحرير 4 رهائن إسرائيليين.
