Kuwait – The official spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense, Colonel Saud Al-Atwan, stated that the armed forces detected three ballistic missiles, one cruise missile, and ten hostile drones within Kuwaiti airspace early Thursday morning. All were successfully intercepted and neutralized.
Colonel Al-Atwan announced in a press statement that material damage resulted from falling debris in several locations across the country. He also reported one injury, with the injured individual receiving necessary medical care and in stable condition.
He added that the Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) team of the Land Forces Engineering Corps addressed several reports related to the remnants of the interception operations.
He affirmed that the armed forces continue to perform their duties and responsibilities with efficiency and competence, maintaining constant readiness and preparedness to enhance national security and safeguard the well-being of citizens and residents.

الكويت - قال المتحدث الرسمي لوزارة الدفاع العقيد الركن سعود العطوان إن القوات المسلحة رصدت فجر اليوم الخميس عدد 3 صواريخ باليستية وعدد 1 صاروخ جوال وعدد 10 طائرات مسيرة معادية داخل المجال الجوي الكويتي وقد تم اعتراضها والتعامل معها بنجاح.
وأعلن العقيد العطوان في تصريح صحفي وقوع أضرار مادية نتيجة سقوط شظايا في عدد من المواقع في البلاد إضافة إلى تسجيل إصابة بشرية واحدة حيث يتلقى المصاب الرعاية الطبية اللازمة وحالته مستقرة.
وأضاف أن مجموعة التفتيش والتخلص من المتفجرات التابعة لهندسة القوة البرية قامت بالتعامل مع عدد من البلاغات المتعلقة بمخلفات عمليات الاعتراض.
وأكد استمرار القوات المسلحة في أداء مهامها وواجباتها بكفاءة واقتدار في إطار الجاهزية المستمرة والاستعداد الدائم بما يعزز أمن الوطن ويحفظ سلامة المواطنين والمقيمين.
