The same day, several sources reported that Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) claimed that it had attacked Kuwait. According to ‘Asharq News – Breaking News’ on Facebook, the IRGC announced: “we attacked four American bases in Kuwait and Bahrain.” Al Mayadeen TV published an announcement from IRGC in which it claimed that “our forces targeted infrastructure and vital facilities at four American bases with missiles and drones. The targeted American bases are Camp Arifjan and Ali Al Salem Air Base in Kuwait.”
