قام سعادة الفريق طارق بن حسن الحسن رئيس الشرطة، ومعالي الشيخ خالد بن حمود آل خليفة محافظ العاصمة، بزيارة تفقدية إلى المنازل المتضررة في منطقة سترة، إثر سقوط شظايا ناتجة عن اعتراض وتدمير مسيرة إيرانية.
واطمأن رئيس الشرطة ومحافظ العاصمة على سلامة المواطنين والمقيمين، مشيراً إلى أن الإصابات التي طالت بعض المواطنين طفيفة، ولله الحمد، وتحظى بالمتابعة الصحية الكاملة .
