مدیرعامل سازمان منطقه آزاد چابهار با اشاره به حادثه تلخ اخیر در جنگلوک که بر اثر انفجارهای اخیر به شهادت یک بانوی ساکن این منطقه و مجروح شدن چند نفر دیگر انجامید، گفت: با هماهنگی اداره کل راه و شهرسازی ایرانشهر، فرمانداری چابهار و فرماندهی سپاه، مقرر شده نخستین گروه از خانوارهای ساکن جنگلوک از هفته آینده به پروژه یکهزار واحدی منتقل شوند تا هرچه سریعتر در محیطی ایمن، استاندارد و دائمی اسکان یابند.
وی با بیان اینکه سالهاست ساکنان جنگلوک با مشکلات متعدد ناشی از حاشیهنشینی دست و پنجه نرم میکنند، افزود: بخش زیادی از این خانوارها از ابتداییترین امکانات و زیرساختهای شهری از جمله آب آشامیدنی پایدار، برق، شبکه فاضلاب، مدرسه، مراکز بهداشتی و درمانی، فضای آموزشی، معابر استاندارد و سایر خدمات عمومی و امکانات رفاهی محروم بودهاند و همین موضوع مشکلات اجتماعی، اقتصادی و معیشتی فراوانی را برای آنان به همراه داشته است.
اربابی ادامه داد: ساماندهی جنگلوک تنها جابهجایی چند خانوار نیست، بلکه اقدامی اساسی برای کاهش آسیبهای ناشی از حاشیهنشینی، ارتقای کیفیت زندگی شهروندان، تأمین امنیت و ایجاد فرصت برخورداری برابر از خدمات شهری است.
وی بیان کرد: سکونتگاه غیررسمی جنگلوک در حاشیه شهر چابهار در محدوده شرکت نفت و سپاه یکی از مناطق کمبرخوردار این بندر اقیانوسی است که سالهاست ساکنان آن با کمبود زیرساختهای اساسی، خدمات شهری و امکانات رفاهی مواجه هستند و اجرای طرح انتقال خانوارها به پروژه یکهزار واحدی، یکی از مهمترین برنامههای ساماندهی حاشیهنشینی و ارتقای کیفیت زندگی شهروندان در چابهار به شمار میرود.
