Southern Suburbs of Beirut: - Extinguishing an apartment fire in the Galerie Semaan area. - Recovering the bodies of a male and female martyr from the site of the airstrike that targeted a residential building in Choueifat yesterday, Monday, and transferring them to Saint George Hospital and Al-Zahraa Hospital. Search operations continue for those missing under the rubble. - The body of a martyr (of Egyptian nationality) was recovered from under the rubble in Haret Hreik, near the vehicle inspection center, and transported to Beirut Governmental Hospital. - Roads that had been blocked by Israeli airstrikes were reopened in Damascus Street, Hadi Nasrallah Street, Al-Arid Street, and in Tayouneh. - A citizen was evacuated from Ain al-Sikka to a safe location. - Search operations continue for those missing under the rubble in Burj al-Barajneh. - A fire in an apartment building in the Raml al-Aali area of Burj al-Barajneh was extinguished. - A fire in a residential building in Tahwita was extinguished. - A fire in an apartment building in Tayouneh was extinguished. North Governorate Akkar District Qoubaiyat - The bodies of 7 martyrs and one wounded person were recovered, and search operations continue for those missing under the rubble. Baalbek-Hermel Governorate Maysaloun - Two wounded people were pulled from under the rubble. A house fire was also extinguished. Beit Salibi - The bodies of two martyrs were recovered from under the rubble. Simultaneously, a house and three car fires were extinguished. Sharawneh: The bodies of seven martyrs were recovered and five injured people were pulled from under the rubble. Hourtaala: The bodies of three martyrs were recovered from under the rubble. Brital: The bodies of seven martyrs were recovered and five injured people were pulled from under the rubble. Bednayel: A fire in the Al-Qard Al-Hasan building was extinguished. Sera'in Al-Tahta: A fire in a warehouse and five generators was extinguished. Baalbek: The bodies of five martyrs were recovered from under the rubble in the Sheikh Habib neighborhood. Simultaneously, a fire in a residential building was extinguished. Sera'in Junction: A fire in an animal feed storage room was extinguished. Bekaa Governorate: West Bekaa District: Ensuring public safety and assisting maintenance workers from the Electricity of Lebanon company to restore power after it was cut off due to an Israeli airstrike in Mashghara and Ain Zarqa. - An inspection of the site of the airstrike that targeted a house in the town of Sahmar revealed no casualties. Nabatieh Governorate - Search operations continue for those missing following Israeli airstrikes that targeted residential buildings in the city of Nabatieh, the Al-Bayyad neighborhood, Zifta, and Al-Duwayr. South Governorate Al-Hanniyeh - The body of a martyr was recovered from under the rubble and transferred to Jabal Amel Hospital. Al-Rashidieh - Remains of martyrs were recovered following an Israeli airstrike that targeted residential buildings in the Al-Rashidieh camp. Public Services: Water was provided to shelters for displaced persons in several areas.

On November 30, the Israeli Alma Center published on its X platform… A sample protest letter, purportedly addressed to the Sin el-Fil municipality and signed by residents living near the “Marc Chamoun” building (a private real estate company that constructed the building) on Charles Fayez Chaoul Street, circulated on social media. According to the posts, the letter states that prominent Hezbollah figures, including Wafiq Safa, head of the party’s Liaison and Coordination Unit, reside in or visit the building accompanied by armed men, establish a security cordon around it, close the street, and check the IDs of passersby. The letter claims that Hezbollah’s presence and activities in the area threaten the security of residents and increase the likelihood of an Israeli strike. The Sin el-Fil municipality contacted the relevant security authorities to investigate the matter. For his part, Marc Chamoun (owner of the real estate company and the building) denied any connection between the building and Hezbollah in general or Wafiq Safa in particular. It should be noted that Sin el-Fil is an eastern suburb of Beirut with a traditionally Christian majority. We do not know who is actually behind the message or how authentic it is, but we do know that Hezbollah uses the tactic of using "human shields" in various areas...
