The villages of al-Ja'da, Kharous, al-Sana', Jabal al-Qasq, al-Malha, and al-Shahda in the Ain al-Arab (Kobani) countryside were subjected to heavy artillery shelling, forcing residents to flee to neighboring areas. Additionally, 15 Turkish artillery shells landed on the town of Shuyukh in the Ain al-Arab (Kobani) countryside, amid fears of an escalation in the fighting.
