Two unnamed civilians were reported killed by an alleged Coalition airstrike on al Rutba.
According to Shaam News, “two civilians were martyred by the bombing of the international coalition aircraft on al Rutba village north of Raqqa.” Al Araby al Jadid also reported that “Civilians were killed and wounded in raids by the international coalition on the villages of Qortoba and al Rutba in the northern Raqqa countryside in conjunction with clashes between Daesh and the Kurdish militias near the area.”
