Three civilians died and up to 20 were injured in an alleged Coalition airstrike in Tabaqa, according to local sources, in the second of three reported incident in the city that day.

Reporters Talk and Q_Alenzy said that 12 civilians were wounded by “American warplanes”, while according to Qasioun 20 people were injured in Coalition shelling of Al-A’rid street.

According to Smart News, “activists reported that a number of civilians were killed and injured by bombing warplanes likely belonging to the international coalition on the town of al Tabaqa (55 km) west of the city of Raqqa, activists said on Monday.” The source put the death toll at three, as did Alaraby, which also blamed the Coalition.

Raqqa is Being Slaughtered Silently published an image of an automated bakery in Al Tabaqa, which it said had been destroyed in a Coalition raid.

For March 20th-21st the Coalition stated: “Near Ar Raqqah, 19 strikes engaged eight ISIS tactical units; destroyed four petroleum oil lubricant equipment pieces, three barges, three fighting positions, three ISIS headquarters, two VBIED facilities, two VBIEDs, a VBIED factory, a tunnel, a vehicle, a weapons storage facility, and a command and control node; and damaged two supply routes.”
