Four internally displaced people were reported killed in an alleged Coalition strike at al Mansoura.

The Smart News Agency reported that “warplanes likely belonging to the international Coalition launched raids on Mansoura town (27 km west of the city of Raqqa), targeting the Al In’aash building [previously a government medical centre, currently housing displaced persons], killing four IDPs and injuring seven others. They were taken to the Raqqa National Hospital, according to a local source.”

Free Syria Army also attributed the incident to the Coalition.

For April 21st-22nd, the Coalition reported: “Near Raqqah, 15 strikes engaged four ISIS tactical units and destroyed a fighting position, an ISIS bridge, a command and control node, and a mortar system.” For April 22nd-23rd, the Coalition reported: “Near Raqqah, 10 strikes engaged an ISIS tactical unit, destroyed 24 ISIS oil facility assets and a fighting position.”
