On July 9th, Palmyra Media Centre reported “The death of a young man, Mohammed Ibrahim Ali al-Qashim, displaced from the city of Palmyra, as a result of his wounds as a result of the raids of the international Coalition on the city of Al-Raqqa several days ago.”

U.S.-led Coalition Strike Report
For July 8th-9th: “Near Raqqah, 12 strikes engaged 10 ISIS tactical units and destroyed seven fighting positions, two vehicles, a front-end loader, an ISIS communications tower and communications equipment.” It was additionally reported that “On July 8, near Raqqah, Syria, eight strikes engaged five ISIS tactical units; destroyed four fighting positions, an anti-air artillery system, an ISIS radio tower, and communication equipment; and damaged a UAS facility.”
