Thirteen civilians died and 2 more were wounded in alleged Coalition air and artillery strikes on neighbourhoods in Raqqa, local media reported.

According to the Smart News Agency, “Coalition aircraft and artillery shelled the neighborhoods of Al Diriyah, Al Nahda, Al Rawda, al Panorama area, Shehata, and Saif al Dawla street near al Dalla roundabout, killing 13 civilians and wounding 22 others, including a whole family.”

Raqqa24 named one victim, an artist, while Raqqa is Being Slaughtered Silently published graphic images of victims “killed and injured by international Coalition airstrikes and by SDF shelling on Raqqa city”.

For July 9th-10th, “Near Raqqah, 11 strikes engaged nine ISIS tactical units and destroyed seven fighting positions, a weapons cache, a supply cache, an anti-air artillery system, a tunnel, and an ISIS communications tower.” It additionally said that “On July 9, near Raqqah, Syria, nine strikes engaged seven ISIS tactical units and destroyed 11 fighting positions.”
