Multiple local sources reported that three male civilians died in an alleged Coalition airstrike on Raqqah.
Ar Raqqah Truth said that one of the victims, Shadi Mohammed Azo Mokhtash (pictured), came from the Mashlab area.
The local time of the incident is unknown.

Reports of the incident mention the city of Raqqa, for which the coordinates are: 35.9505639, 39.0094148. One of the victims was reportedly from the neighbourhood of Mashlab (المشلب), but fighting in this neighbourhood had ended since at least July 2017
