A civilian female was indirectly killed following a heart attack said to be caused by hearing airstrikes on Al Tayba in Mayadeen, local sources reported.
Sharqiya Voice reported that the airstrikes hit the houses of Hassan al Hanan, Bashar al Hanan, Sufian al Hanan and Ghassan al Hanan and reported that a number of people were killed and wounded, but provided no further details.
The local time of the incident is unknown.

Attached to this civilian harm incident is a provisional reconciliation of the Pentagon's declassified assessment of this civilian harm allegation, based on matching date and locational information.
The declassified documents were obtained by Azmat Khan and the New York Times through Freedom of Information requests and lawsuits filed since March 2017, and are included alongside the corresponding press release published by the Pentagon. For June 26th-27th, the Coalition reported: “Near Dawr Az Zawr, seven strikes engaged two ISIS tactical units and destroyed three vehicles, a tactical vehicle, two bunkers, two pump jacks, a front-end loader, an IED factory, an ISIS financial facility, and an ISIS headquarters.”
