The death of a young male civilian, identified as Bashir Al-Matar Awad, was reported by multiple local reports.

The US-led Coalition was blamed for the incident in all sources presently collated. In a facebook post by Shbab it was reported that, “the death of a young man, Bashir Al-Matar Awad from the village Al-Dashaisha” was the result of “bombing” by the “international coalition aircraft”.

Reports of the incident mention the village of Marqadah (مرقدة), for which the coordinates are: 35.765641, 40.771032. One source mentions two other locations, Al-Hamaa (الحمة) and Al-Sirat (السرت), for which the coordinates are unknown, but they are likely located in the countryside around the village of Marqadah (مرقدة).
