Five civilians were reportedly killed in alleged Coalition air or artillery strikes in Raqqa, local sources reported.
According to the Step News Agency, “five civilians were killed and others are missing under the rubble as a result of aerial and ground bombing by the international Coalition in neighborhoods controlled by IS in the middle of the city of Raqqa.”
Q_Alenzy reported that the Coaltion targeted a building near the “train station” and the “juvenile prison” along with “the Bedou neighborhood and Tawasu’iya with white phosphorus shells”.
Raqqa24 added that the Coaltion carried out several raids on the Bedouin neighbourhood and “the surroundings of the municipal stadium and the expansion park”.
The local time of the incident is unknown.

For September 23rd-24th the Coalition reported: “Near Raqqah, 29 strikes engaged seven ISIS tactical units and destroyed 20 fighting positions, 22 vehicles, three ISIS headquarters, a command and control node; and suppressed three fighting positions.”
For September 24th-25th the Coalition reported: "Near Raqqah, 27 strikes engaged four ISIS tactical units and destroyed 29 fighting positions, three vehicles; and suppressed a fighting position."
