A civilian named as Dalal al-Muhammad al-Khamri, age 33, died in the Al Badou neighborhood of Raqqah city, local sources said.
The citizen journalist group, Raqqa is Being Slaughtered Silently reported his death was a result of “artillery shelling” on the lane al Badu in the neighbourhood. US-led Coalition “warplane missiles” were responsible according to the Syrian Network for Human Rights.
Amer Hweidi, like the majority of sources, suspected artillery shelling. However, it named the SDF as culprit. Airwars understands that only the Coalition has access to artillery in Raqqah.
The local time of the incident is unknown.

For September 28th – 29th the Coalition reported “Near Raqqah, 26 strikes engaged eight ISIS tactical units and destroyed 14 fighting positions, six vehicles, an IED; and suppressed six fighting positions.” It additionally reported that “On Sept. 28, near Raqqah, Syria, eight strikes destroyed two ISIS fighting positions; and suppressed six fighting positions.”
