Airwars assessment
A civilian man named as Hmaid al Agha was reported by VDC as having been killed at Slouk in a Coalition airstrike. The website Al Sharq al Arabi also listed Mr al Agha as killed, though did not attribute responsibility.
In their February 2020 civilian casualty report, the US-led Coalition assessed reports that they were responsible for civilian harm in this strike as “non-credible”, stating that no Coalition actions were conducted in the geographical area at that time.
The local time of the incident is unknown.

Reports of the incident mention the town of Suluk (سلوك), for which the generic coordinates are: 36.59539, 39.128559. Due to limited satellite imagery and information available to Airwars, we were unable to verify the location further.
