One civilian male was killed in alleged Coalition airstrikes in Raqqa governorate.
Al Ragga Truth and Raqqa News named the victim as 23-year-old Fadi Qaher al Nashef and both alleged that the Coalition was responsible. Sources said that the Coalition bombed the grain silos area.

Attached to this civilian harm incident is a provisional reconciliation of the Pentagon's declassified assessment of this civilian harm allegation, based on matching date and locational information.
The declassified documents were obtained by Azmat Khan and the New York Times through Freedom of Information requests and lawsuits filed since March 2017, and are included alongside the corresponding press release published by the Pentagon. For May 12-13th the Coalition reported: “Near Raqqah, five strikes engaged two ISIS tactical units and destroyed two fighting positions, a front-end loader, an ISIS crane, and a house-born improvised explosive device.”
