The White Helmets teams, based on their observations and the reports they received, headed to the explosion site in the Dummar Project area in Damascus. It turned out that it was caused by a rocket attack targeting residential buildings in the Terraces neighborhood in the Dummar Project area. Upon our teams' arrival, they treated only 3 injured people they found at the scene (a woman with a serious head injury, and two men with minor injuries). No other injuries were noticed or reported. The attack completely destroyed a residential building, partially damaged two neighboring buildings, and a fire broke out at the site. Our teams worked to treat the injured and extinguish the fire.
