According to SMART Agency, a child was killed and another was wounded on August 22nd 2018 in Rasim al-Wared when a cluster bomb from earlier Russian bombing exploded in the village controlled by the Syrian regime, east of the central city of Hama.

Local activists told SMART Agency that a cluster bomb remnants of an earlier bombing of Russian warplane exploded in the village of Rasim al-Wared in the area of ​​Al Sa’en (60 km east of the city of Hama), killing and wounding two children.
