Airwars assessment
Up to six civilians including five children were reported killed and up to ten others injured in alleged Russian forces or Syrian regime airstrikes on Kafrouma in Idlib, Syria on July 21st, 2019, according to local sources.
The youngest of the victims, Nour Al-Najjar was 6 months old. Zaman Al Wasl said some of the injuries were serious.
Also brothers Ibrahim and Mohammad Mustafa al Deek, both children, were killed by missiles on Kafrouma village in Idlib, allegedly fired from Syrian regime fixed-wing warplanes.
The Syrian Human Rights Committee listed the names of those killed including five children and another victim whose age is not clear. However, Sy24ria said that a man and a woman were also killed in this attack.
@almo3tasem91 said MiG-23 warplanes launched vacuum missiles during the attack, and Syrian Civil Defence said that the airstrikes targeted civilians residential areas.
Local sources blamed both the Syrian regime and Russia for the attack.
The local time of the incident is unknown.
