Other sources only reported injured civilians. Meanwhile, Baladi News reported that “Regime forces and their ally Russia stepped up their air and ground bombardment of the northern and western rural of Hama on the early hours of Tuesday. […] The warplanes launched several raids on the city of Kafar zita and the villages of Latmeen and Zakat, wounding three civilians in the village of Latmeen north of Hama.”
The Syria Civil Defence reported the injury of two civilians in the attack, adding that their teams were at the site.

@la1mea was the only source attributing the strikes to the Syrian regime, writing that “warplanes and helicopters belonging to the Assad gangs launched airstrikes on the city of Kafar Zeita and the town of Latmeen in the northern Hama countryside.” Most sources attributed the strikes to Russia.
