Between four and 11 civilians died and an unspecified number more were wounded in  alleged Russian or regime airstrikes on Ma’ar Dibsa, according to local media. There were also reports that between five and nine combatants died.

Live ua reported: “Four civilians were killed and others wounded as a result of air strikes on the town of Ma`rdbsa in the southeast Idlib countryside” while the Local Coordination Committee of Syria put the number of people killed at nine, including three civilians.

The highest toll provided was 11 killed but did not specify whether they were civilians or militants. A tweet from @FdzPWRe6ruAGFPd also mentioned “many wounded among civilians” but didn’t provide a number.

Smart noted the death of “six people” and blamed Russian vacuum missiles.

However, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that “five HTS fighters” were killed, while the Shaam News Network reported the death of “nine revolutionaries”.

The Syrian Network for Human Rights named an adult male, Sattouf Ali al Hashoum, as killed in a regime strike; it didn’t identify his combat status.

All of the sources that reported on the incident attributed the strikes to Russia or did not specify whether the strikes were carried out by Russia or the regime.
