@NPA_English tweeted: “Two civilians were abducted, a third injured, by Turkish-backed armed militants, in village of Musharrafa, in the outskirts of Sere-Kaniye (Ras al-Ain), while they were returning to the city.”
Other sources also noted that three civilians were kidnapped “by armed mercenaries supported by Turkey” and that one was wounded.
The local time of the incident is unknown.
