One civilian was reported killed in an alleged Turkish forces or Turkey-backed militants’ artillery attack on Arab Hassan village, northwest of Manbej in Syria, on November 3rd, 2019, according to local sources.
@NPA_English reported that the attack led to the killing of a young man. No other information is available at the moment.
ANF named the victim as 15-year-old Hisên Elî El-Fesîh.
