On Sunday, April 28, 2024, two male civilians, Ibrahim Berro and Arif Saeed Sheikh, were injured by alleged Turkish artillery shelling on the residential neighborhoods in the village of Beina, Sherawa district, in the northern countryside of Aleppo, Syria.
According to Hawar News reporters, the two men were working in agricultural lands when the incident occurred and were then taken to the Afrin Hospital in the village of Fafin in the Shahba area by other residents. There are no further reports on the nature of the injuries at the time of writing, but ANF News and Ronahi News both said they were “seriously injured.”
Reports on the two injured civilians’ age differed, with Hawar News and ANF saying Arif Saeed Sheikh was 48 years old, while Ronahi News wrote he was 84 years old. There is no information as to Ibrahim Berro’s age, although he was referred to as a “young man” in ANF news and Hawar news reports.
