The terrorist attack occurred near the Martyrs' Gas Station checkpoint on the road connecting the cities of Tel Brak and al-Hawl, resulting in the martyrdom of three civilians, including a religious figure, and seriously injuring another. We condemn in the strongest terms this cowardly act of aggression, which aims to spread terror among civilians and destroy stability in the region. We affirm that this crime is part of a series of flagrant violations of international law and human rights, which prohibit targeting civilians under any circumstances.
