Two civilians were killed in an alleged PYD artillery strike on the Syrian village of Al Duweira, Al Hasaka governorate, on October 13th 2019.
According to Hasaka News, the two civilians died after a PYD mortal shell landed on their house. Al Khabour also blamed the PYD.
