One person was reported killed (Ahmed Issa Al-Ajeel) and 13 people are injured in an alleged YPG sniper attack on Al-Rafe`a village in Raqqa, Syria on October 16th, 2019 according to local sources.
Al Rafe’ caln said “The young man was born in 1985 and has three children.”
Raqqa Network said six children were wounded.
The local time of the incident is unknown.

Reports of the incident mention the village of Al-Rafe`a (الرافع) allegedly located in the vicinity of Ain Issa (عين عيسى) city. Due to limited satellite imagery and information available to Airwars, we were unable to verify the location further. The generic coordinates for Ain Issa are: 36.383600, 38.865586.
