Two civilians were killed in the Tal Abyad countryside due to shelling by alleged YPG/SDF forces on October 29th, 2019, according to local sources.
The Raqqa Observatory for Human Rights reported mortars killed civilians Mahmoud Al Sayyad and Ibrahim Al Hassan. The Syrian Human Rights Committee published the same names, and blamed ‘shelling of the SDF and YPG militia’.
