Two female children were reported killed and ten other civilians injured in an alleged YPG artillery attack with a Grad rocket on a school building turned into a shelter for internally displaced people (IDPs) in Jern Al Haj Salih in Tal Abyad, Raqqa governorate in Syria, on November 19th, 2019 according to local sources. The injured civilians were moved to Turkish hospitals for treatment.

The village where the attack took place is currently controlled by the Syrian National Army which fights the Kurdish forces along with Turkey. The pictures posted by local sources show a big amount of destruction to the school/shelter.
