An alleged coalition strike on an Islamic State checkpoint in a suburb of west Raqaa reportedly killed 22-year old Omar Huwaidi Al Mueissat when a missile hit the family house. His 17-year old brother Ali Huwaidi al Mueissat was reported to have been severely injured in the incident, suffering a broken pelvis and wounds to the abdomen and chest.

Some reports placed this incident at July 18th.
