According to Sharqiya Voice, “military aircraft launched several air raids on the city of Hajeen in eastern rural Deir Ezzor. The bombing focused on a number of civilian homes and the vicinity of the public market; there was news of the death of a woman and the wounding of others”.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights also reported the death of a woman and the injury of other civilians, but like Sharqiya Voice didn’t say who was responsible.
Euphrates Post named a victim as “the daughter of Farid Faris al-Saad“, though SPC said that a son of Farid Faris al-Sa’ad was killed.
Al Hall reported that 22 civilians were wounded in addition to the death of a woman and blamed the Coalition.

After a review of available information it was assessed that no Coalition strikes were conducted in the geographical area that correspond to the report of civilian casualties.

For October 29th-30th: “Near Abu Kamal, three strikes destroyed two ISIS staging areas and an ISIS-held building. Near Dayr Az Zawr, two strikes engaged two ISIS tactical units and destroyed three ISIS tactical vehicles and two heavy weapons.“
