Geolocation
Airwars assessment
A single source – the Local Coordination Committees for Syria – reported that “four civilians were killed in Raqqa city, during airstrikes by international coalition warplanes.”
The Coalition has confirmed carrying out strikes on the city that day. But the Syrian Observatory noted: “[Unspecified] Warplanes targeted al-Raqqa city and its outskirts, no reports of losses.”
The local time of the incident is unknown.
Geolocation notes
Reports of the incident mention the city of Ar Raqqah (الرقة), for which the generic coordinates are: 35.9505639, 39.0094148. Due to limited satellite imagery and information available to Airwars, we were unable to verify the location further.
