Fouad al Waisi, his wife and his daughter were all reported killed in an alleged daytime Coalition strike near Manbij, in the village of al A’rima.
According to Step News and others the town was still under ISIL control – with the afternoon strike hitting a family home.
In their monthly civilian casualty reports, the US-led Coalition has indicated that the credibility of this civilian harm allegation is in the process of being assessed.
The local time of the incident is unknown.
