Deir Ezzor province: International Coalition Forces, in collaboration with Syrian Democratic Forces, stormed Al-Shuhayl town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor this dawn.   According to SOHR sources, Coalition Forces arrested a member of an ISIS cell, after having imposed a security cordon around the targeted location.
