"תקיפה זו הינה חלק מעשרות פעילויות מבצעיות מול מערך הסייבר של הארגון", נמסר מדובר צה"ל. עוד צויין כי הדירה שימשה את הפעילים לטובת פעילות סייבר התקפית נגד יעדים ישראליים. בתוך כך, ראש הממשלה שוחח הערב פעם נוספת עם נשיא ארצות הברית ביידן. מהבית הלבן נמסר כי "הנשיא מסר לראש הממשלה כי הוא מצפה לרגיעה בהסלמה מול עזה עוד היום". זמן קצר לאחר סיים נתניהו הערכת מצב בקריה. "אני נחוש להמשיך במבצע הזה עד שיושג היעד שלו - להחזיר את השקט והביטחון לכם, אזרחי ישראל", אמר.
