This security operation is of paramount importance as it comes within the framework of our forces' proactive efforts to dismantle ISIS cells before they can execute their criminal plans. It contributed to thwarting terrorist operations that targeted the region's security and the safety of civilians and our fighters. The operation also dealt a direct blow to the organization's logistical and intelligence support networks, severing its communication and movement channels in the Raqqa countryside. This strengthens security and stability and confirms our forces' high level of readiness to protect their areas. Raqqa Governorate: After midnight between Wednesday and Thursday, units of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) carried out two security operations in the eastern Raqqa countryside, with air support from the International Coalition.
