Eight civilians were killed and another 17 were injured when their bus was struck during an air raid between Maskanah and Tabaqa, according to sources on the ground. Smart News Agency reported that it is ‘likely’ the warplanes that conducted the attack were Russian.
The Violations Documentation Center in Syria has named Ahmad Al-Zaher as one of the victims, but Maskina al Habibi disputed this fact on Facebook claiming that he is ‘safe and well.’
