Regarding civilian harm, Jirs TV, Masar Press and others tweeted that “Civilians were wounded by the bombing of the Russian occupation warplanes on the city of [Andan], north of Aleppo.” Step New agency and the Syrian Civil Defence said that three civilians sustained injuries after Russian warplanes attacked the town of Andan with vacuum missiles. According to a tweet from Sy24ria there were children among the injured.

Aside from alleged civilian harm, multiple sources, including the Syrian civil Defence and @sahl1991, reported widespread material damage to residential neighborhoods and civilian homes.
