At least one civilian, a man, was killed and between one and three others, including a child, were injured in alleged Russian or regime artillery strikes on the town of AL Bara on July 11, 2021.

According to Syrian Civil Defense, “a civilian was killed, and another was injured, by artillery shelling by the regime forces and Russia targeting the town of Al-Bara”.

Syrian Network for Human Rights documented the name of the civilian killed: “A man, named as Ali Muhammad Ghazal was killed while other civilians were injured in Syrian regime artillery forces’ shelling of the southern outskirts of al Bara village”.

Various other sources mentioned “several” civilians injured but did not specify how many. @EdlibNN gave the specific count that two civilians were injured in the strikes and Resala Post reported on three civilian being injured.
