At least two children were injured following an alleged Israeli airstrike on the Al-Sharif family home on Al-Ishrin Street of Nuseirat Refugee Camp on the evening of June 21st 2024.
One child was reported to be in critical condition and receiving intensive care, according to a family source referenced by Media Jihad Taha on Facebook. The same source also confirmed that no one in the home was killed. Video shared by Shehab News Agency and Almnara News show two children–an infant and a young girl–suffering from injuries in the aftermath of the strike.
Those injured in the strike were taken to Al-Awda Hospital, according to a Facebook post from social media agency Gaza Unites Us. In videos shared of the children receiving medical care, the infant is seen being wrapped in an emergency foil blanket, while an oxygen mask is placed on the young girl.
A video taken from afar of the home allegedly being struck was shared on Twitter/X by Khabr News, as well as by other outlets and journalists.
All sources who named a belligerent attributed this strike to the Israeli military.
